Policies/Terms & Conditions 

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Little Nash Woods, we hope you enjoy your stay.


Please find below the terms & conditions applicable to our site.


Your agreement is with Little Nash Woods and its owners and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms and conditions are to Little Nash Woods and its owners. References to 'you' in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party. We reserve the right to terminate your stay should you not adhere to the terms & conditions & campsite policies. 


Pitch fees & booking: Are as advertised at the time of booking on our online booking system.

Your booking is not secure until your deposit has been received, and a confirmatory email sent. Bookings must not be for more than 10 consecutive nights.

Admission:  Admission is only permitted after registering your arrival by contacting the contact number provided.

Under 18s: Under 18's must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals & departures: Late arrivals must notify the site as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your pitch.

Dogs: Are prohibited from main facilities & amenities & must be kept on leads & supervised at all times. Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Music: No music is permitted on site, or radio from speakers or phones. 

Quiet hours: Must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

No Hammocks: This is a young woodland and the trees are not mature enough to support you no matter how tiny you are.

Kites, drones & remote control items: These are not permitted anywhere on site.

Logs: All logs to be purchased on site.

Torches: Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

High winds: Whilst it is a unique setting, the trees do pose a risk during periods high winds. We reserve the right to relocate your group to an open area on site or close the site entirely if deemed necessary. In the event of site closure you will receive a credit to to return & use. We do not offer refunds. This does not apply to rain and general poor weather and is decided by Little Nash Woods based on our assessment of the weather. If this scenario should arise we will give prior notice where possible, but on rare occasions a severe weather warning can happen with minimal notice. Whilst this can be frustrating please remember the safety of our campers is always our priority.  

Safety & Supervision: Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult whilst on site. Within the woodland there are various wildlife, plants and fungi, with this comes associated risks. If you cannot positively identify something refrain from touching it. Please use our hand washing facilities available on site during your stay.

Please respect our trees: We ask that you respect the wildlife on the campsite including all flora and fauna and their habitats. This includes trees in the woodland – no sawing, carving, hacking, stripping bark or graffiti please.

Generators: Generators are not permitted on site 

Pitches: You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent & related equipment. Always ensure your tent/gazebo is pitched a safe distance from the fire. 

Visitors: We permit 2 day guests at a fee of £5 per guest, this must be requested in advance to ensure we are still within our maximum numbers permitted on site. All guests must be signed in & leave the site by 8pm. Visitors cars are not permitted on site.

Group bookings: Party bookings & hen/stag parties are not permitted.

Occupancy: Group bookings of 3 or more groups must please contact the site before booking. Numbers of adults is restricted per pitch to accommodate family groups, if you have a query regarding this do get in touch. 

Changes to your holiday: Changes cannot be made once you have booked, but booking elements can be altered ie extra guests, extended stays where possible in advance only. 
Vehicles:
 No cars/motorbikes by the pitch. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors: We permit 2 day guests at a fee of £5 per guest, this must be requested in advance to ensure we are still within our maximum numbers permitted on site. All guests must be signed in & leave the site by 8pm. Visitors cars are not permitted on site.

Woodland Areas: Pathways tracks and pitches are inspected to ensure your safety. Please remember all woodland carries associated risks due to the nature of the environment. Please stay out of the roped areas as these are left undisturbed to increase the biodiversity of the site and to ensure your safety.

Force Majeure: The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Refund Policy: By making a booking and paying your deposit you signify your agreement with our refund policy. 

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

More than 14 days – a refund of deposit or balance paid, less 5% for administration & card fees.

Less than 14 days all balances and deposits paid are non refundable.  

Cancellation Policy: We advise that you take out insurance to ensure that, should you need to change or cancel your holiday, you can recover the associated costs from your insurance provider. On or after the intended arrival date, no refunds will be made. Similarly, no credit or refund is available for any unused services provided in the cost of your holiday e.g. if you choose to depart early, reduced numbers.

Complaints: In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Personal property: We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however, caused, to your property or vehicles  whilst on site, they are brought onto site at your own risk.
Refusal & termination of stay: We reserve the right to refuse acceptance, deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable for any reason or who refuse to adhere to the above mentioned & any campsite policies during their stay.  No refunds will be offered.

Our website: Our description of our site is offered for informational purposes only. We shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit & your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment.

Our Responsibility to You: We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay. While we take every care to maintain our grounds, Little Nash Woods Campsite is a natural outdoor environment with associated risks, & we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property or vehicles. Please note that nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury or any other matter which cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
